Mr. Marion R. Cain, age 71, of Buford, GA, passed away on Friday, April 28, 2006. He is survived by his: Wife of 53 years: Mrs. Doris Beard Cain, Buford, GA; Son and Daughter-in-Law: Marion D. and Marti Cain, Sugar Hill, GA; Grandchildren: Brittany Cain, Sugar Hill, GA, Ashley Cain, Sugar Hill, GA; Brother and Sister-in-Law: Russell Lamar and Susan Cain, Young Harris, GA; Sister-in-Law: Emilee Beard Maddox, Buford, GA; Brothers-in-Law and Sisters-in-Law: Glyndon and Sara Beard, Buford, GA, Ryman and Rosi Beard, Buford, GA, Donald and Nan Beard, Buford, GA; Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mr. Cain was a native of Gwinnett County, GA. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served on the U.S.S. Bon Homme-Richard. He was retired from Johnson and Johnson Co. after 42 years of service. He was a member of the Buford Masonic Lodge No. 292 F & AM. He was a member and deacon of New Bethany Baptist Church in Buford, GA where he was also a former Sunday School Teacher. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 3:30 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Marty Duren, Rev. Landy McDaniel and Rev. Danny Ashworth officiating. Interment in Broadlawn Memorial Gardens, Buford, GA with Masonic Graveside Service and Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Arrangements by Junior E.
