Louise H. Roebuck Patton, age 81 of Auburn, died Sunday, April 9, 2006 after a lengthy battle with Melanoma. Louise was born to Mr. & Mrs. Duck Hutchins in Lawrenceville and was raised there. She graduated from Lawrenceville High School in 1943. For the past 30 years, she has lived in Auburn with her husband of 40 years, Mr. George Patton. The last 20 years she worked in various nursing homes before retiring. She was a member of Union Grove Baptist Church and loved her church family. She also loved to play bingo and had many friends that she met there. Louise was preceded in death by her only son, James (Buck) Roebuck and 2 granddaughters, Natasha Roebuck and Sandra White. She is survived by her husband, George W. Patton; two daughters and a son-in-law, Joyce & Billy White, Lawrenceville & Shirley Coggins, Dacula; 6 Grandchildren, Shannon White, Lawrenceville, Christina & Terry Klusmeyer, Las Vegas, NV, Karen & David Woodrome, Scottie Coggins, Michael & Kara Lee Coggins & Tina Lewis, all of Dacula; 13 Great Grandchildren. James Donald Wood, age 76, of Lilburn, Georgia passed away on April 9, 2006. He is survived by His wife of 55 years, Betty Jean Wood; daughters, Vicki (Richard) Ivey, of Stone Mountain, Becky (Cliff) Chappell, of Suwanee; son, Michael (Peggy) Wood, of Buford; grandsons, Jason Chappell, Carey Ivey, Bryan Ivey, Scott Wood; granddaughters, Jenny (Ken) Stauber, Brittany (Dr. Britt) Bolemon; great grandson, Tyler Bolemon; sister, Jane (Maurice) Hamilton of Decatur; and brother, James J. (Mary) Wood of Jackson. He was loved by many brothers and sisters-in-law. Mr. Wood was owner and operator of the Gulf Service Station on Memorial Drive for many years and prior to his retirement, he was Production Manager for Allied Products. He was a member of the Panthersville Masonic Lodge, and his hobbies included antique cars and attending car shows. He served in the United States Marine Corps. Mr. Wood's love was his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandson. His favorite past-time was taking his two small dogs for a ride every morning. Ray Wilkerson Linton, 66, of Tucker, GA, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2006, after an extended illness. Mr. Linton, who before his illness was a business consultant, is survived by his wife, Louise Linton, also of Tucker; daughter, Michelle Jenkins of McHenry, IL; son, Michael Linton of Daytona Beach, FL; and granddaughters, Madeline and Marley Jenkins, also of McHenry, IL. Mr. Linton served his country in the ROTC and the Army Reserve in Arkansas and as a Marine Corps pilot in Vietnam. PATRICK, BERNARD

Bernard J. Patrick, 64, a former Lansingburgh resident, died suddenly on April 6, 2006 at his residence in Georgia. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late James E. Patrick Sr. and Bernice Mae Dahm Patrick. Mr. Patrick was a graduate of Lansingburgh High School and was a veteran of the United States Navy serving from 1958 to 1961. He was a former employee for the Cluett-Peabody Co. in Troy and moved with the company to Georgia when they became the Westpoint Pepperell Company. He was currently employed by NCO Financial Group as a computer operator. Mr. Patrick was a member of the Veteran's of Lansingburgh, the Pleasantdale Rod & Gun Club and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #714 in Georgia. Bernie enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his dog "Precious". Survivors include two sons, Bernard "BJ" Patrick Jr. (Kimberley) of Cumming, GA and Charles Patrick (Vicki) of Geneva, IL; daughter, Laura Lanpher of Schenectady; brother, Mark A. Patrick (Patricia) of St. Petersburg, FL; sisters, Kathryn Hogan (Robert) and Mary Ellen McCarthy, both of Green Island, and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Trevor, Ethan, Luke, Adam and Rachael. Predeceased by his brothers, James E. Patrick Jr. and Thomas A. Patrick. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. from St. Augustine's Church where the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Internment will be in the Gerald B.H.
