Dennis Wade Alexander passed away on March 21, 2006 after a heroic battle with cancer. He was formerly of Gwinnett County and a graduate of South Gwinnet High School. He is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Bonnie F. Alexander; Daughter, Shana Alexander; Mother, Neva Gates; Father, Galen Gates; two Brothers, Darren Gates and David Gates; and many other loving family members and friends. Mr. Alexander was a devoted family man, husband, and father, and will be greatly missed by all that loved and knew him. A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD 2:00 PM, SATURDAY, APRIL 8, 2006 AT NEW CANAAN BAPTIST CHURCH, 922 HI-HOPE RD., LAWRENCEVILLE, GA with the Rev. Michael Soop officiating. Priscilla Elaine Petty, age 45, passed away April 3, 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Lois Petty and a brother, Doyle Petty. Elaine is survived by her fiance, Roy Ponder; brothers, Thomas (Mary), Floyd Winfred (Loretta), Dennis (Amelia); sister, Joan Moore (Clarence); sister-in-law, Travis Petty and several nieces and nephews.
