Miller - Copponex

Lawrence and Terry Miller of Lawrenceville announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachael Elizabeth Miller, to Glen Gregory Copponex Jr., son of Glen and Mary Copponex of Suwanee.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Dahler and Mrs. and the late Mr. Bud Miller. She is a 2003 graduate of Central Gwinnett High School and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration in criminal justice at North Georgia College and State University. She works part-time in the political science department of the university.

The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Clarke and Mrs. and the late George Hackney. He is a 2002 graduate of Duluth High School and is a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration in finance at North Georgia College and State University.

The wedding is set for Oct. 7 at the Big Canoe Chapel in Jasper.

Boyles - Crawford

Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Holdren Boyles of Americus announce the engagement of their daughter, Cynthia Beverly Boyles, to Eric Charles Crawford, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Henry Crawford of Suwanee.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hubert Beverly of Waycross. She is a 1999 graduate of Americus High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in journalism and telecommunications. She is employed as an admissions specialist at the University of Georgia.

The future groom is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. William Pepper of Toccoa and Mrs. James H. Crawford of Highlands, N.C. He is a 1998 graduate of Collins Hill High School and a 2001 graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, political science and sociology. He graduated cum laude from University of Georgia Law School in 2005 with a juris doctorate. He is employed as the assistant district attorney of the Alcovy Judicial Circuit in Monroe.

The wedding is set for June 10 at First Presbyterian Church of Americus.

Baskin - McGill

Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Cleveland Baskin of Marietta announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelly Suzanne Baskin, to James Curtis McGill Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. James Curtis McGill Sr. of Snellville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Louise Morgan Keith of Oak Ridge, Tenn., and the late Phillip Weyman Morgan of Conasauga, Tenn., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Grover Cleveland Baskin Jr. of Murfreesboro, Tenn. She is a 1996 graduate of Marietta High School and a 2000 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she received a bachelor's degree in sports communication and a minor in telecommunications. She is employed as the head tennis professional at Olde Towne Athletic Club in Marietta and as a host for "Matchpoint," which airs on NBC and the Tennis Channel.

The groom-elect is the grandson of E. L. Rainey and the late Genevieve Hartness Rainey of Stone Mountain and Elizabeth Bevill McGill and the late Eugene Hall McGill Sr. of Lincolnton. He is a 1997 graduate of Brookwood High School and a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia, where he earned a bachelor's degree in turfgrass management. He is employed as the vice president of Ashton Senior Living in Lawrenceville.

The wedding is set for May 6 at the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Fla.

Cantrell - Lewis

The future groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Eggart of Pensacola, Fla. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Georgia and received a master's degree in building construction from the University of Florida. He is employed by TDX Construction as a project engineer.

The wedding is set for May 6 at Smoke Rise Baptist Church.

Bolton - Williams

The wedding is set for April 22 at the Glendalough Manor in Tyrone.
