NORCROSS - Three victims of a home invasion Tuesday overpowered and detained one of the intruders until police could arrive to arrest her.
Three men were in an apartment at The Landings on Crestline Terrace when there was a knock at the door, according to police reports. When they opened it, two unidentified black men and two women forced their way inside. The intruders demanded money and ransacked the apartments, the report said. One victim began struggling with an intruder and broke free, escaping the apartment onto the back porch. The intruders then fled, but one of the women dropped her cell phone. When she came back to retrieve it, the three victims were able to overpower her and hold her down. Police charged Brittney Nicole Sieg, 18, of Norcross with three counts of armed robbery and three counts of burglary. - From staff reportsMore like this story
