Mrs. Beatrice Duncan Haney, age 96, of Buford, GA and the Gravel Springs Community, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Dick Russell Haney. She is survived by her: Daughters and Sons-In-Law: Barbara and Johnny Fricks, Buford, GA, Linda and Jim Shields, Buford, GA; Grandchildren: Bruce and Sandee Fricks, Buford, GA, Bill and Jennifer Fricks, Sugar Hill, GA, Kevin and Courtney Shields, West Columbia, SC; Great Grandchildren: Josh Fricks, Katherine Shields, Andrew Fricks; Sister: Mrs. Belvie Woodward, Fayetteville, GA; Sister-In-Law: Mrs. Pearline Duncan, Flowery Branch, GA; Several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins. Mrs. Haney was a life long resident of Gwinnett County having been born on January 18, 1909. She worked for Bona Allen Shoe Factory for many years and was retired from Harmony Elementary School Cafeteria. She was the oldest member of Gravel Springs Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. Winfred Martin officiating. Interment will be in Gravel Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, Buford, GA. Arrangements by Junior E.
