for QuikTrip fight
•NORCROSS - Two Norcross women were cited for disorderly conduct Sunday after they were caught fighting at the QuikTrip gas station at 6282 South Norcross Tucker Road.
An officer observed Raichelle Gibbs, 32, and Milago Sola-Rivera, 29, grabbing and scratching at each other near one of the gas pumps. The women stopped brawling when the officer approached.
Gibbs told police she was almost in an accident with Sola-Rivera's vehicle on South Norcross Tucker Road. Angry at the near mishap, she followed the car to the QuikTrip and confronted Sola-Rivera as she was getting gas, according to a police report.
The altercation reportedly turned physical when both women began shoving each other. The officer was unable to determine who was the primary aggressor, so he cited both women.
Men rob U-Haul
•LAWRENCEVILLE - Two unidentified black men on Monday robbed the U-Haul rental office at 1490 Pleasant Hill Road.
The suspects ambushed an employee in the truck lot at 7:30 a.m., pointed their handguns at him and demanded his money and keys to the business. After he complied, the employee was bound with tape on his hands and feet. The suspects then shoved him into the back of a U-Haul truck and closed the sliding door, according to a police report.
The robbers went inside the store to hold up another employee, forcing him to open the safe. Before leaving, they also stole the office's surveillance tape. The men are both described as approximately 6 feet tall and 200 pounds wearing red bandannas over their faces.
