Mr. James W. Day, age 83, of Buford, GA passed away on October 6, 2005. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Day. Surviving are: Daughters: Mary Jackson, Buford, GA, Linda Black, Commerce, GA; Sons: James Rayford Day, Commerce, GA, Herman Day, Flowery Branch, GA, Bobby Day, Buford, GA, Johnny Day, Flowery Branch, GA, Jesse Day, Buford, GA, Ricky Day, Buford, GA, Joe Day, Commerce, GA; 24 Grandchildren; 15 Great Grandchildren; Sisters: Lorene Mabrey, Buford, GA, Louise Jones, Sugar Hill, GA, Maggie Green, Commerce, GA; Step-Son: Gary Bellant, Commerce, GA; Several nieces, nephews and cousins. Mr. Day was a native of Buford, GA. He was a retired brick mason. He was a member of Shoal Creek Baptist Church, Buford, GA. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2005 at 1:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home with Rev. McHoyt Moore officiating.
