Dacula volleyball downs Mill Creek, Norcross

DACULA - The Dacula Falcons improved to 25-12 overall and 5-1 in Area 8-AAAAA with wins over Mill Creek and Norcross on Wednesday.

In the 25-20, 21-25, 25-18 win over Mill Creek, Kelly Reonas and Abbie Daniel had seven kills each. Arielle Rutter had six kills and Rose Corneille added 26 assists and five aces.

In the 25-16, 27-25 win over Norcross, Rachel Dyer had 13 digs and eight kills, Ciara Alexander added six kills and Lindsey Weider had 16 digs.

North sweeps Norcross, Mill Creek

DACULA - Jolie Efezokhae had 14 kills and three blocks to help lead the North Gwinnett Bulldogs to a 25-21, 25-13 win over Norcross and a 25-19, 25-21 win over Mill Creek on Wednesday.

Staci Carnell had seven kills and five aces and Lauren Benjamin and Megan Carnell were both 100 percent on serves for the Bulldogs, who are now 27-17 overall and 4-2 in Area 8-AAAAA.

For Mill Creek, Domonique Jackson finished the day with 33 digs and Olivia Day finished with nine kills. The Hawks are now 20-9 overall and 3-3 in the area.

Parkview beats Harrison, Holy Innocents'

ATLANTA - Jessica Geiger had 20 kills, nine digs and five blocks to lead the Parkview Panthers to wins over Harrison (29-27, 25-22) and Holy Innocents' (25-10, 25-21) on Wednesday.

Leigh Dodson added 34 assists and five digs, Marissa Hicks had nine kills, seven digs and four blocks and Maggie Bean had 15 digs and seven kills.

Parkview is now 18-13 on the season.

Brookwood sweeps past Berkmar, Providence

SNELLVILLE - Paige Ivey had 20 digs, 16 kills and five aces to lead Brookwood to wins over both Berkmar (25-23, 25-14) and Providence (25-15, 25-23) on Wednesday.

Kalin DeMarrais added 10 kills and four aces and Abby Kroll had 24 assists for the Broncos, who are now 22-5 on the season and 6-1 in Area 4-AAAAA.
