Quindora Davis, age 88 of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2005. She was born in Huntington, WV to the late George Herring and Pearl Herring Smallridge. She was the widow of the late Dr. Francis C. Davis, D.D.S. of Huntington. A former member of the Pea Ridge Baptist Church and a retired employee of Marshall University of Huntington, having served for twenty years as a Secretary to the Dean of the College of Business. She is survived by a son, Frank C. Davis of Lawrenceville, GA, with whom she made her home. Also survived by another son, James W. Rodgers of Suwanee, GA and two daughters, Julia R. Dunlap of Pulaski, VA and Janet Hillman of Roanoke, VA. Other survivors include six grandsons, three granddaughters, four great granddaughters, two great grandsons and two sisters, Juanita Cowden of San Diego, CA and Beatrice Midkiff of Proctorville, OH. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26 at 2:00 p.m. at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The burial will be in Gwinnett Memorial Park, Lawrenceville.
