WINDER - A Barrow County grand jury indicted three brothers Tuesday on six counts related to the October murder of a Winder man.

Tyrone, Christopher and Emory Teasley were indicted on charges of malice murder, felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, tampering with evidence and two counts each of aggravated assault, according to court documents.

According to police reports, 32-year-old Tyrone Teasley shot and killed 39-year-old James Riden Oct. 29 following an argument between Emory Teasley, 30, and one of Riden's relatives.

Christopher Teasley, 29, allegedly drove his brothers away from the scene of the shooting before he and Emory Teasley turned themselves in later that night. Tyrone Teasley came to the police department with his lawyer the next day.

A woman who allegedly robbed a Winder bank was also indicted Tuesday.

Marshell Rucker was indicted on eight counts after she allegedly robbed the First Piedmont Bank Oct. 20, including robbery, armed robbery, aggravated assault and fleeing and attempting to elude a police officer.

Rucker reportedly took a 12-pack of Budweiser from the Jet Market before going to the Winder Loan and Pawn and taking a 9mm gun, which she allegedly used to rob the bank.
