Ben Shafer, 42, of Madison, formerly of Lawrenceville, died Tuesday, November 8, 2005. The funeral will be at 11 A.M. Thursday, November 10, 2005 at Bill Head Funeral Home, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel. Interment will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Duluth. A native of Gwinnett County, Mr. Shafer was a loader operator. Survivors include: Son: James Shafer of Lawrenceville; Mother: Hannah Shafer of Madison; Sisters: Theresa Shafer of Madison and Linda Spivey of Lilburn; Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Arrangements by the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory, Lilburn/Tucker Chapel, 770-564-2726.
