Chateau Elan to host charity golf tournament
•Golf and hemophilia combine at Chateau Elan at 10:45 a.m. today at the 23rd annual Hit 'Em for Hemophilia Atlanta Braves Golf Tournament. Receive flu shots and donate blood
•All are invited to receive flu shots and donate blood for hurricane victims from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. today at Courtyard Gardens Assisted Living (formally known as Atria) at 1000 River Centre Place. Please call Heather Bonner at 770-963-9934 if you would like to attend.
School to have vans for health screenings
•Lilburn Elementary School will host a van with diabetes screening and flu shots from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday. Radloff Middle School will host a van with blood pressure on from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday. Meadowcreek High School will host a van with diabetes screening and a blood drive Friday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Anyone can come to the screenings at any location.
