Norman A. Herron, Jr., 86, of Loganville, GA, formerly of Norcross, GA, died June 5, 2005. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 8th, at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel Funeral Home in Norcross. Entombment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Herron, a veteran of the Army Air Corps, retired from Coastal States Life Insurance Company and was a member of Glover Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Kathleen S. (Kitty) Herron of Loganville, GA; two sons and daughters-in-law, Allen Herron, Sr. and his wife, Lynda, of Duluth, GA and Larry Herron, Sr. and his wife, Jan, of Lavonia, GA; daughter and son-in-law: Jan Perry and her husband, Tom, of Snellville, GA; sister, Marian Hirsch of Stockbridge, GA; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
