DULUTH - Gwinnett County police released few details Wednesday about a drowning that occurred this week at a home in Duluth.
Fire and police officials confirmed that at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday, a woman called 911 and claimed that she had just found her grandfather in the pool. She told police that he appeared to be dead, said Officer Darren Moloney, spokesman for the Gwinnett County Police Department. Rescue officials arrived at 4045 Fastnet Lane, which is located off Old Norcross Road, and found the man dead. Police did not release the man's name or age. Moloney said there were no signs of foul play, no charges were filed and no investigators were called to the scene.More like this story
