I have often said that I am 53 years old and can't decide what I want to be when I grow up. My vocation is education, and I really love teaching U.S. history to teenagers, but after 30 years, I still haven't decided if I want to make a career of it. Like most teachers who enjoy eating two or three times a day, I have dabbled in several sidelines through the years in order to make a little extra money for frills - like new shoes for my kids.
