Hubert J. Massey, age 85, of Lawrenceville, died February 19, 2005. He was a member of Rockcreek Baptist Church in Toccoa, and an Army veteran of WWII. Mr. Massey was a loving father and grandfather. Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Geneva; daughters, Brenda & John Harris, Loganville, Lynette & Jerry Hicks, Epworth, Marla & Aaron Crawford, Loganville, Sister, Pearl Haddock, Baldwin; Brother, Arnold & Jannett Massey, Toccoa; sister-in-law, Irene Massey, Colbert; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, at Eternal Hills Chapel, Dr. James Lee officiating. Interment, Eternal Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation is today, 2-4 and 6-8 pm, Eternal Hills Funeral Home, Snellville, 770-972-3155.
