Agnes Ann Herak, Lawrenceville, GA, passed away February 14, 2005. She was a housewife and had been married to Nicholas J. Herak, who passed away in 2002. She was a devout member of St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church in Lawrenceville. She was also an active participant in various bridge groups associated with the Bethesda Senior Center. She is survived by brother, Steve Gory of Toledo, OH; son and daughter-in-law, James and Susan Herak of Monroe, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Robert Herak and Anula Ellis of Aurora, OH; son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Lynn Herak of Pittsburg, PA; daughter, Janis M. Herak and fiance, Michael Murray of Lawrenceville, GA; grandson, Patrick and wife Diana of Columbus, OH; grandson, Jess Herak of Monroe, GA; granddaughter, Megan Herak of Long Beach, NY; granddaughters, Ashley and Lauren Vlasak of Cumming, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Milan and Ann Herak of Chagrin Falls, OH; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Edward and Dolores of Cleveland, OH. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 10:00 AM at St. Marguerite d'Youville, 85 Gloster Rd., Lawrenceville, GA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Embracing Hospice Care Foundation, 3180 Presidential Drive, Suite G, Atlanta, GA 30340. Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel is handling arrangements 770-277-4550.
