Gladiators' game in Greenville canceled

The Gwinnett Gladiators, in conjunction with the Greenville Grrrowl, announced that Friday's game at the Bi-Lo center in Greenville, S.C., has been postponed.

The game has tentatively been rescheduled for Thursday, Jan. 12. Power outages caused by the ice and winter weather in the Greenville area and at the Bi-Lo center caused the game to be delayed.

Fans who purchased tickets for tonight's game in Greenville may exchange them for any future Grrrowl home game during the 2005-06 regular season.

The Gladiators play Saturday at the Arena at Gwinnett Center vs. the Toledo Storm at 7:35 p.m. It's "Coats for Kids Night" and fans are encouraged to donate a new or gently used coat at the game to benefit local area charities.

Saturday is also the Gladiators annual player ornament auction to benefit the Gladiators Foundation for Kids.

The silent auction will take place in the main lobby during the game.
