The Gwinnett Gladiators announced three date changes to their road schedule and swapped opponents for six additional games for the 2005-06 season because of scheduling conflicts at the new Charlotte Arena.
The changes did not affect any of the Gladiators 36 home game dates at the Arena at Gwinnett Center. The Gladiators switched opponents for three home games - Columbia is here on Jan. 31, Pensacola on Feb. 4 and Charlotte on March 11. Road games that moved include a matchup with the Checkers at the new Charlotte Arena on Nov. 13. The Gladiators will not play in Pensacola on Nov. 22. Gwinnett added a road game in Charlotte on Jan. 2 and won't go to Augusta on Dec. 20. Mississippi hosts the Gladiators on March 7 while Gwinnett will not play at Charlotte on March 21 as originally scheduled. Three other road game changes include visiting Augusta on Feb. 10 instead of Charlotte, going to Charlotte on March 10 instead of Mississippi and a trip to Pensacola on April 1 instead of Charlotte. - Staff reportsMore like this story
