Atlanta-based Kaufman Realty Group has purchased The Crescent, a three-story, 115,000-square-foot office building from TA Associates, an institutional investor based in Boston. The Crescent, on Satellite Boulevard across at Gwinnett Place Mall, has 90 percent occupancy. Kaufman Realty said the transaction marks a shift back to a focus on the Atlanta market after spending several years growing in Denver and Orlando.
