What: Looking west toward Duluth on Ga. 120, Portrait Homes is building 130 townhomes. Across from that project, Southeastern Property Development is adding 76 two- and three-bedroom condos. The development will be called Orchards of Sugarloaf Parc.
When did construction start: Developers began clearing land for both developments in July.
When will construction end: Portrait plans to have the townhomes on the market by April 2006. Southeastern could not be reached to find out its completion date on the Orchards of Sugarloaf Parc.
