SNELLVILLE - Wal-Mart has the OK to begin developing a new Supercenter in the Centerville community.

The Bentonville, Ark.,-based retail giant will build the 203,000-square-foot store at 3435 Centerville Highway. Gwinnett County's Department of Planning and Development issued the development permit for the new Wal-Mart last week, according to county records.
