Thurston Meeler, age 83 of Lilburn, GA died November 7, 2004. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linnie Meeler, granddaughter, Mary Beth Meeler, great granddaughter, Sea-Aire Rose Meeler. He is survived by; daughters and sons-in-law, Elizabeth and Clyde Nichols of Dacula, Mary and Buddy McGee of Lilburn; sons and daughters-in-law, Gerald and Mitt Meeler of Jersey, Dennis and Dawn Meeler of Jersey; sisters, Mary Lee Dutton of Loganville, Juanita Mintz of Maysville; brother, Billy Mealor of Commerce; 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. Mr. Meeler was a US Army Veteran, a member of Sweetwater Masonic Lodge and was retired from the City of Atlanta. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 10 at 2 pm at Wages Snellville Chapel with Dr. David Poe and Rev. J.B. Reese, Jr. officiating. Interment Rocky Branch Baptist Church.
