Halloween on the Green will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Duluth Town Green with a performance by the Duluth High School Orchestra, the 2nd annual Cat Cruise in Car Show which benefits the Duluth High School Basketball Program and a Free concert featuring Laughing Pizza.
