In conjunction with their Altered Book contest during April, the Gwinnett County Public Library and Hudgens Center for the Arts will host free workshops on introductory altered book art techniques from 10 a.m.-noon for youth in grades 6-12 and 1-3 p.m. for adults March 24 at Hudgens Center for the Arts, 6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy., Duluth.
