OUR VIEW: Community has many with giving hearts

But anyone who has attended the ceremony for the Gwinnett Fallen Heroes Memorial on Veterans Day will tell you that it is moving as well as the county honors fallen heroes. In a week in which we took time to recognize our nation’s veterans, it’s only fitting that we recognize other people and events who deserve a thumbs up. (Full Story) |

OUR VIEW: Let’s split the difference on county budget

But the latest proposal by Commissioner Kevin Kenerly to restore cuts made earlier this year and fund them with a 2.28 millage rate hike is not the answer. (Full Story) |
